How To Achieve Our Goals

by Ib Bang

“Those who dwell preponderantly upon the selfish aspects of human nature and flout as sentimentalism the “altruistic” conception of it, make their chief error in failing to see that our self itself is altruistic....

The improvement of society does not call for any essential change in human nature, but, chiefly, for a larger and higher application of its familiar impulses.”

Introduction:

In the 'Good, Old Days' societal changes were so slow, that what a person learnt as a child was valid when he got old, too. In that way old people gained life experience and wisdom, which was of value for the society as a whole, and thus old people were cherished and considered great assets.

Now the societal changes are so fast, that the experience old people have gained today is outdated, and consequently elderly people are of 'no use'.

Even when you leave school a lot of what you have learnt is outdated. In Denmark it is believed, that 90% of what you learn in school, you cannot use when you leave it, and 90% of what you need, you haven’t learnt. In other words, because the societal changes occur as fast as they do, our educational system cannot cope with this new situation.

Many young people starting an education within a certain trade where jobs are plentiful will find themselves out of job the day they complete that education, because societal changes have made that trade superfluous or at least decreased the demand.

Long ago the possibilities were few. If your father was a shoemaker chances were, that you would become a shoemaker, too. Or if your neighbour was a blacksmith, then you might learn that trade. But possibilities were few. You were on the other hand secured a job for your lifetime with only limited possibility - if any at all - to change your profession.

With the industrialization the number of possibilities increased. In school you were now taught in a way enabling you to choose among a wider variety of trades. But once you had chosen a trade, it was difficult to change that decision, but from an employment point of view, it was not necessary; the job, you chose, was a job in demand.

Now the job market has become even more dynamic, and we may have to change our trade several times during our lifetime unless we arrange our society and educational system radically different. Thus there simply has to be another attitude towards education.

The ever increasing speed of the changes show that it is not a linear process, instead it is exponential. In nature everything developing exponentially is deemed to perish, because of its inherent growth requirement, a growth which is not possible on a planet of limited size.

Anyhow, regardless of which job you want to perform, then the final result will be dependent upon the proper tools and skilled craftsmen with the necessary understanding of the functioning of the thing being made. This also applies when the job to perform is the creation of a new educational system or a new society; we must know how a society works and which tools to use to create a new one.

A society is a living entity and should be developed in accordance with the same rules that apply to any other living entity. In our present societies we have blocked some of the control paths, for which reasons our societies grow ‘wildly’ instead of naturally. All our social systems are subject to human control, while all other living systems are subject to nature’s control. Thus study how nature does it. Nature has several million years experience in the control of co-existence. And as our societies look today it is evident, that the human control systems are less effective.

Thus we can and should learn from nature.

All things are interdependent. Because of that it will be necessary to evaluate which society we want to build, because that will be necessary to know in order to shape its different parts as for instance the educational system.

It is like building a house. If we just start, we don’t know where we will end. We will get a house all right, but not necessarily a beautiful and effective house covering our wishes and demands. But if we instead first define our wishes and demands to said house and then define what the house should look like to fulfill these wishes and demands, then every later step will be towards this defined end result.

If we try to define the educational system without knowing which society it is to serve, then we may not get the best result. In the case with the house it is easy to see, that it is easier initially to define the use of a room, and consequently construct it accordingly, instead of just making a room and then later move the walls to cover our demands and wishes, or change our demands and wishes to fit the room. The latter is possible, but not the best way.

Thus let’s start defining how we want a future society. Luckily it is not necessary to define it in details. If we just cover the most essential parts, then the rest will fit nicely around these more essential parts. If we again compare with a house, then you’ll know, that a lot of the existing houses will already suit your purpose quite well. But when building a new one, why not try to optimize it?

Holism:

If a system makes a decision influencing some other system, then it controls that system by means of its decision. The reaction of that other system may affect yet another system, which is then further controlled by that initial decision. The reaction of those controlled systems will influence back to the previous systems, this backward influence is called feed-back. The decision of the initial system may even have further impacts on that system itself, why each system also feeds back to itself. The different systems are thus interlaced by their interdependencies and consequently by their mutual actions and derived reactions. This more and more widespread interlacing is a major reason why it is now difficult or even impossible to judge the full impact of one’s actions.

Fig. 1. Control and feed-back loops.

This interlacing of the systems is what is referred to as holism, and it also tells us, that it will not be possible to change the educational system without changing the society of which it is a part in the very same process.

A change of the educational systems will influence the society, but a change of the society will to an even higher degree make educational changes possible. Society is not a part of the educational system, whereas the educational system is a part of the society. Changes at major levels facilitate changes at the lower levels, whereas changes in the opposite direction are more difficult and can be legislatively inhibited.

As mentioned, then any action has a far wider influence than initially anticipated. But the feed-back loops ensures, that no system acts outside limits acceptable to the other systems. This is because all feed-back loops are negative; they will draw a system back to a balance around an accepted level. A positive feed-back system will accelerate any deviation from a certain balance level to its extreme and beyond any acceptance and thus to self-destruction. This is how the feed-back loops promote self-organisation and is thus the system’s source of self-control and self-organisation. This will be explained later in further details.

When our present societies have grown far beyond what is acceptable to the majority, then it is partly because of an element with an inherent positive feed-back system, our monetary system; and partly because the feed-back lines have been cut. The governing bodies are thus kept beyond responsibility for their actions.

Fig. 2. The feed-back loops have been interrupted.

If you get a lousy treatment by public employees, then you will get into trouble if you punch their noses. But if you draw them to the court, then it will be settled to their advantage. The system protects the system. They’ll keep the feed-back lines interrupted. They’ll keep themselves beyond responsibility for their actions. And because a judge may have ruled that way, then they call it just and fair. As if a judge per definition is just and fair and his rulings thus are just and fair, too.

Thus let us mend the feed-back loops and keep the ones in power responsible for their actions.

Don’t Solve Problems! Remove Their Cause(s).

In our present societes we do our utmost to solve the towering problems, but this is only treatment of symptoms, and the problems do not disappear. If we instead ask ourselves what caused the problem, and then remove the cause, then the problem will be solved more efficiently. When you then find the cause of the problem, then you may realize, that this cause in itself constitutes another problem, the cause of which you will then have to find. In this way you may find an entire chain of causes and effects.

Let us for instance look at the problem of unemployment. The chain of causes and effects looks like this:

0 Monetary system.
|
0 Companies.
|
0 Unemployment.
|
0 Psychic problems.

Fig 3. The Cause/Effect Chain of the Unemployment.

Starting at the unemployment level it is easy to see, that it is the cause of a lot of psychic problems related to the loss of a job and consequently the loss of an identity. If there was no unemployment, there would be no psychic problems related to unemployment. And if we can solve the unemployment problem, then it will be easier to solve the psychic problems, and they will not reappear.

It is also easy to see, that the necessary jobs to solve the unemployment situation will have to be created in the companies, and in this case the term ‘company’ covers everywhere people are employed. But these companies are reluctant to hire more persons than absolutely necessary due to economic problems. If these economic problems could be solved they might employ more persons, solving the unemployment situation and further on solving a lot of psychic problems.

The present solution of educating the unemployed persons does not create more jobs, it only produces educated unemployed persons. And reducing the social security payments does not create more jobs, either. It only creates a more fierce struggle for the jobs available.

Not until we start removing the causes from the top will we be able to remove the problems visible at the bottom.

Thus do not solve problems! Remove their causes.

Control systems.

There are two kinds of control systems; artificial and natural ones, and both of them are needed, but they cannot replace each other without deteriorating the end result.

If you are controlled by your own desires, wishes, lusts only, then you are under natural control. If you are controlled by somebody else, then you are subject to artificial control.

Natural systems to which persons, families, companies, nations belong, should be controlled by natural control systems, whereas processes should be controlled by artificial control systems. When two (or more) different natural systems are to co-operate they need an artificial control system, but they will not have to co-operate unless they are parts of a common process, and it is this process which necessitates the artificial controls. A natural system is defined by a common set of mutually accepted rules - by one agenda or by several compatible agendas. If the agendas are not compatible, then it is not one natural system, but two or more co-existing systems, and this co-existence will need to be controlled by artificial control. It will need to define one common agenda.

Natural controls are not written on paper, artificial controls are. Laws by definition thus are artificial control systems. When the legislators thus make laws controlling persons, then they replace natural laws with artificial ones with a general deterioration as the result.

The traffic is controlled by the traffic code which makes it possible to get from one place to another in a faster and safer way than if no rules existed, and everybody could drive as they pleased. The traffic code controls the process of moving from one place to another, and is to be preferred for no rules at all.

But you - you reading this, are you capable of controlling yourself, or do you need somebody else to tell you what to do? Most people are able to control themselves and are thus not in need of being controlled by artificial rules. In other words, less laws are needed.

Thus skip superfluous laws and adapt the remaining ones to the present situation. The present situation is very dynamic. Make sure, that this is reflected in the laws. And keep people responsible for their actions, i. e. mend the feed-back loops, then the society will self-organize.

The Minimum Factor:

A system is dependent upon many factors to be able to grow. Fig. 5 only shows six of these. These factors are present in different amounts. The one of which there is least is determining for how big the system is able to become. This one is the bottle neck of the system and is called the minimum factor. The ones in control of the minimum factor are called the minimum group. Because the system is dependent upon the minimum factor, and this is being controlled by the minimum group, then the system is becoming dependent upon the minimum group and is thus being controlled by the minimum group.

Fig. 4. The minimum factor is the factor,
being present in the least amount.

In the example of fig. 4, the employees comprise the minimum factor. Whether more employees are needed, or the ones available need to be further educated is then another matter, but as long as this lack is being compensated for, growth is ensured until the system meets another minimum factor.

* * * * *

What is most essential for your immediate survival; air or money? In case you don't know, then just keep your head under water disabling your breathing, and find out what makes you surface again. Is it the lack of money or the lack of air?

Of course air is more essential for your immediate survival. But are people talking about air? No. Are people talking about money? Oh yes indeed they are.

But why are people more concerned about money than about air, when air is more essential? Quite simple, there is sufficient air, while money is scarce. You can get all the air you want, and you do not take it from anybody else. If you are going to get more money, then it will be at the cost of somebody else. Water has hitherto been plentiful, and nobody offered water any consideration. Now clean water is about to become scarce, and people are beginning to talk about the water situation, too. The things concerning people, thus, are the things there is a lack of. I. e. the minimum factors. It also indicates, that to most people money is a minimum factor. As the monetary system is administered by the plutocracy, then these are the minimum group of the monetary system and thus those controlling the growth or disintegration of all other systems including societies. In other words, money controls the world.

The Equalising of Tensions:

No living entity will do anything which will not be of any kind of benefit to that entity.

You will not eat unless you are hungry. You will not put on more clothes, unless you are cold. In other words, when you perform a physical action as for instance to eat, then it is because you at the emotional level have felt hunger, which you by means of your consciousness transform into action; go to the fridge, visit a hamburger stand, or tell your wife to make you a sandwich since she has to go to the kitchen to make coffee, anyway.

Fig. 5. Levels of Action.

But you will not become hungry, and thus you do not activate your consciousness which transforms to action, unless you at an even higher level have 'measured' the relationship between an ideal condition and the present condition. The ideal condition is when your available nutrients equal your immediate need. When the available amount becomes less then you become hungry. If you overreact and eat too much, then you will feel distended. Again your body measures your immediate condition in relation to your ideal condition and refrain you from eating beyond what for you amounts to a reasonable quantity.

These different levels at which to act are your levels of action. All living entities are dependent upon many kinds of energies of which nutrients comprise one.

Thus it is important to keep in mind, that living systems are naturally founded on energy, and will try to maintain a balance of energy within all areas. Too little nutrient, and you will become hungry, too much and you will feel distended. Too hot, and you will perspire, too cold and you will be cold. Too little sex, and all women become pretty. Under any circumstances will your system 'measure' imbalances which it converts into feelings, which again makes you consciously find a suitable physical solution.

If you do nothing when becoming hungry, then the relationship between your present condition and your ideal condition will increase, thus the tensional relationship is increased by this shortage of energy. It activates your feelings more and more increasing your emotional relationship more and more, i. e. you become more and more hungry, and finally you will be consciously thinking of nothing but food, i. e. your conscious relationship will be increased, too. It will make your consciousness work harder on the task and encourage you to action. Thus your physical relationship is increased too, until you get yourself moved from the couch to the fridge and eased your hunger, by which you again achieve your ideal condition and all your levels of action regain their equilibrium and you no longer feel hunger and thus do not think any further of food. This of course on the condition, that you do not over-eat and then feel distended. If this does not stop you, you will finally vomit.

In other words, living systems are oriented towards energy and will do their utmost to maintain energy balances at all levels minimizing the tensions.

The earlier you can detect a demand, the earlier you can compensate for it satisfying it the very moment it can be traced by the emotions. If you develop your ability to detect these tensions by 'measuring' the differences of energy creating the tensions, then you develop your intuition, or as expressed in terms of the established system, then you improve your educated guesses. Being able to do it will satisfy existing demands instead of creating new ones.

Fig.6. The plutocracy has put an ‘auxiliary’ level
in between the physical and the conscious levels.

The present system has put an "auxiliary level" in between the conscious level and the physical level, controlling the 'financial conditions'. That it is an artificial and not a natural level can be seen from the fact, that this is the only level which has to be protected legislatively. Also from the fact that it is a level unique to only the human race. The Creator didn’t create the financial level nor money as he did the other levels, the plutocracy did.

If you have enough money, then it will not become a problem. But if enough money is not available, then the line of action will be interrupted, and you will have to get money, before actions at the physical level can take place. In other words, when you get hungry, then your conscious thoughts may not concentrate around the problem of how to get food, but how you will get money for food. It is this condition the established system uses as a tool of control, because all demands have to pass the monetary system before it can be executed at the physical level, and the established system has made sure, that sufficient money is not present. When you occupy yourself with how to get money for food, then the only answer almost always is by helping somebody else to make even more money. In other words; money controls the world.

* * * * *

But what happens, if the above mentioned chain reaction is interrupted? I. e. your tensional level indicates a lack of nutrients, and you become hungry and decide to do something about it, but there is no food available! Then you’ll start to panic, which may give rise to a lot of activities of no relevance to the problem. You cannot solve it rationally, thus you may try to solve it irrationally.

Because living systems try to maintain a certain equilibrium in its use of energies to release tensions, then these tensions will remain, when the equilibrium cannot be maintained. Yet we do not call it tensions, but stress. Finally these uneased tensions will develop into diseases.

Due to a lot of irrational activity taking place in our societies and all the diseases present it is realistic to assume, that people have a lot of unreleased tensions which again indicate, that our society does not meet the needs of its citizens. And because these irrational activities escalate and more and more people get sick it is reasonable to assume that the present direction of societal changes is in the wrong direction.

And when people perform these irrational activities, they often violate the laws. They are then being called 'criminals', when it is really the legislation, which forces people to these irrational actions which is criminal.

Internal and External Emotions:

The emotional level is divided in two parts; an internal part and an external part. The internal part monitors the tensional level, which again monitors all the body’s functions. The external part monitors the surrounding world. What was discussed above was the internal part. The external part deals with feelings as hate/love, fear/trust, egotism/altruism, patriotism, greed, etc. What will be dealt with next are these external emotions, because these are the ones we will have to deal with to be able to create a better educational system. This because these external emotions can be educated, they are already being it, but not to our advantage.

We have got two navigational systems to lead us through our lives; the intellect and the feelings. In our present societies we forcibly develop the intellect and suppress the feelings. And with only one navigational system we do not navigate as well as if we use both systems. And what is even worse is, that the ones in power use that condition to set false beacons according to which we then navigate with our feelings. I. e. either you use your feelings yourself to navigate, or somebody else will use your feelings to navigate you. Either you are in control of your feelings, or your feelings are in control of you. This is very important to know, because this is where one of the major changes in a new educational system will have to take place. The feelings shall not be suppressed but developed to enable the person to take control according to the messages of his feelings instead of being controlled by somebody else through his own feelings. How widely the latter is taking place is most evident through the intense use of advertising. The purpose of advertising is to make you buy something you otherwise wouldn’t have bought, i. e. drag you around by your nose. Nobody would use advertising if it didn’t work well, and at least paid the costs of advertising.

It appears that there is a higher level of intellect connected with a higher level of action. If we consciously had to deal with the processes going on on the tensional level, then we might get time to breathe three times an hour using the rest of the time to keep the heart beating. At least we could hardly cope with anything else than keeping the body working. But luckily a higher intelligence takes care of that on a higher level. We also see it in the chaos theory. In the physical world it appears to be chaos, i. e. to the physical intelligence, but the higher level intelligence has no problems keeping track of the development, despite we consciously cannot follow it on the physical level. Our societies’ major problem is that they try to control everything at the conscious level, i. e. using the least effective intelligence. The intelligence which forgets dates, names, facts. When the societies were not so complicated it would suffice, but not any more. The problem is, that the ones in power don’t know it, and try harder and harder, with less and less success. And at the same time they want children to attend school longer and longer to learn more and more to be able to control the development consciously, which as mentioned cannot be controlled consciously any more.

In other words, our present system cannot fullfil the needs of its citizens making their tensions rise ensuring irrational actions, and then the ones in control use these irrational actions to legalize even further inferior conscious control over the citizens superior, but suppressed emotional control system.

As seen in fig. 5, then the feelings are at a higher level than the consciousness, and the knowledge we gain in our schools is stored in the conscious intelligence. I. e. that knowledge is of less value to us than the emotional intelligence. You may be able to use that knowledge to repair a television set, but you cannot use it to protect yourself from being abused by a manipulating governing body. That is why we are being controlled on the emotional level, where we are only able to ‘defend’ ourselves on the conscious level.

* * * * *

The physical, conscious, emotional, and tensional levels work alike in everybody, and this is where we are all alike. On the external emotional level we may be influenced differently, and thus be different from each other, but that is not an inherent quality. Also we may be educated differently and thus differ at the conscious level, but again it is no inherent quality. Anyhow we are all equipped with yet another and even higher level, and that is the level which makes us unique from an internal source. It is the causal level, in which is stored the purpose we have come to this world to fulfill. Because of that it contains everything that we will strive for and be interested in. That is the reason why those schools, which let the students themselves choose their curricula, are more successful than the compulsary schools. You may say, that they have been challenged on their interestes whereas the pupils in the public schools cannot care the least, and that is why the alternative schools have more success. This is true concerning the individuals. But it is also in accordance with this higher causal level, and thus under the control of a higher level of intelligence, and that is why they are more successful also outside the schools, thus you can rest assured, that it will be of a greater benefit for society as a whole as well.

When everybody can fulfill their mission here on Earth according to their original plans from birth as stored in their causal level, then the whole world will become a better place for everybody, because the entire planet will then be governed by the highest intelligence possible at our present time.

When control is exercised from this high level, all actions and consequent reactions will continue all the way down to the physical level releasing any tension at the above levels bringing about equilibrium and avoiding building up tensions which will lead to irrational actions and finally diseases. When we reach this situation, no more diseases will build up due to stress. Actually health is more contagious than illness.

It is like the anthill which is 100% effective and 100% anarchistic. It is also being governed by a higher intelligence than that being possessed by any individual ant. And it is not something special for the anthill, it applies to everything else as for instance a beehive. A beehive is just as effective and just as anarchistic being governed just as intelligent.

Thus whether or not you know it, then this chaotic situation will create an even more beautiful fractal! If you are not religious, then it is a matter of sheer common sense. And if you are religious, then we will be governed from a level, which is so much nearer God, thus what we will experience is the biblically promised God's Kingdom on Earth.

Exponential and Logarithmic Development.

In fig 7. the relationship between a certain effort and the resulting outcome is shown.

Fig. 7. The Relationship between a Certain
Effort and the Resulting Outcome.

An outcome according to the line ‘C’ is very low and ensures a person to remain poor. The arrow pointing downwards indicates this.

An outcome according to the line ‘A’ is high and ensures a person the possibility to accumulate wealth as indicated by the upwards pointing arrow.

The line ‘B’ is a neutral center value.

People have been fooled into borrowing money and will thus have to pay interest. Any development along ‘B’ will then be reduced to ‘C’, while at the same time the lender who receives the interest will be risen to ‘A’.

Because of that, our monetary system has developed exponentially as indicated in fig. 8.

Fig. 8. Our Monetary System Develops Exponentially.

This exponential development contains the three lines from fig. 7. As the arrows indicate, then the poor ones will become poorer, while the rich ones will become richer, which is in accordance with what is happening in our real world.

It also indicates, that it is a faster and faster growing system. A growth which is not possible in a limited world. When politicians talk of the necessity of economic growth, then it is to be able to maintain this growth of wealth of the rich ones at the cost of the poor ones. But economic growth can be obtained only by printing more money. When they do not intend to print more money, then it is not ‘growth’ they mean, but ‘redistribution’.

This deviation from a neutral position being amplified in the same direction is the positive feed-back mentioned earlier. It will ensure, that if you are poor, you will become even more poor, and if you are rich, you will become even more rich. This is the feed-back system which will lead to self-destruction.

In the natural world exponential growth thus means ‘death’. Cancer and AIDS grow exponentially, and finally they kill their host organism. Cancer circumvent the body’s immune defence system by resembling bodily tissue and thus fooling the immune defence system. Consequently the immune defence system does not combat the disease. The disease has interrupted the body’s feed-back loop. In the same way will our monetary system finally ‘kill’ i. e. destroy our societies, because it has interrupted the feed-back loop. In other words, our monetary system is a societal cancer, which should be cured in due time.

A suitable cure will be the introduction of a logarithimic monetary system as shown in fig. 9.

Nature supports life logarithmically. A child grows most during its first year, somewhat less the next year and so on until fully grown, but it will never grow into the skies.

Fig. 9. A Logarithmic Developing System.

Fig 9. contains the three lines from fig. 7, too, but instead of dividing, into rich and poor, the logarithmic development maintain a certain balance. Some people will still be richer than other ones, but not to the same extent as today.

Any deviation from the neutral level will be countered by a negative feed-back. If you work hard to try to accumulate wealth, then you will use more additional energy than you receive additional salary forcing you back to the neutral level, and a drop will be compensated rising you to the neutral level. I. e. the logarithmic growth curve ensures stabilizing around the neutral level meaning, that is has an inherent element of self-organisation.

Self-organizing around the neutral level also means, that it is at a higher level than the poor end of the exponential growth curve, and lower than the rich one. I. e. it stabilizes at a level more acceptable to the great majority, and those with a reduced income will still get more than sufficient to live a good life.

Someones advocate the same salary for everybody. But there is no flexibility in a fixed salary, and thus no ability of feed-back. I have seen it used in some countries, and where it has been used, the hard-working people get the same salary as the lazy ones, for which reason the work performed stabilises at the level of the lazy ones.

The logarithmic development curve yields an excellent feed-back parameter. In fact, as mentioned, it is the way in which the nature controls the growth of everything.

Thus we should replace our present exponential monetary system with a logarithmic one. We should cure our societies of cancer.

Not ‘in the Heaps’, but ‘in the Spaces’:

The educational system, the science, the schools and the state promote rectification. Instead of profiling people they are through standard educational paths with standard educational materials being prepared on standard examinations and standard jobs. And this even on past jobs. In this way persons become standard products. While any plant always orient itself towards a space between the other ones, then people and companies orient themselves towards rules, plans, roles, and idols instead of a real space (a minimum factor) in the social structure, a space where they really will be able to make a difference, and where there is no competition.

In this way anybody becomes like the other ones. People and companies at least do not stand out as much as they could and ought to. That, that everybody else also knows, is able to, and manufactures has the same value as sand in the Sahara. You will have to learn, be able to, and manufacture that, which lacks in the knowledge, ability and production of others. In the present educational system everybody becomes as the other ones, while they under 'space oriented' conditions become an optimized supplement to the other ones. Under the present educational system a primitive 'heap society' arises. According to the principles of the cybernetics, however, a more and more specialized society without spaces arises. The human body has in the same way developed from a society of cells consisting of almost alike cells, but having specialized around each other forming a unity without spaces.

Earlier when the societal changes were slow, it was possible consciously to fill these spaces as they arose. Now the dynamics of the societies is so fast, that new spaces appear all the time. It will no longer be possible for a governing body to fill them fast enough, and consequently it will not be possible for a governing body to predict the trades of the future with the necessary accuracy.

Fig. 10. Heap Educations.

In our present standard educational system with standard educational material we achieve standard examinations and standard jobs. In each box there is a fight for the existing jobs, whereas the one who settles in the spaces firstly has it for himself and secondly solves some of the tasks, which none in the boxes are able to (or allowed by their trade union). Mindless learning for the sake of learning and with no specific purpose is within the cybernetics called:

"To carry along somebody else's hay!"
To work in the spaces has a double effect: In the space between other ones the person or company can:
  • firstly develop unrestricted

  • and secondly fill the space and thus interact more closely with its neighbours.

Expressed differently: In the same ratio you on background of a personal advantage develop in the spaces between the other ones, you fill this space and thus automatically forward the energy household, efficiency, balance and harmony of the society. When you stick to the spaces, the egotism and altruism forcibly and automatically synchronize; what is good for you, will be good for the entire society.

The cybernetics shows, that all cosmic energies and systems relate to the spaces - i. e. the bottle necks but one; the human intellect. In this aberration from the natural evolutional laws lies the reason that with the technical influence of mankind also the conflicts between people grow, besides between man and nature. By returning to 'space related conditions' people will become much more efficient besides their relationship to the nature will become less frictional.

Conclusion:

The dynamics of our societies have reached a level, where we are unable to cope with our conscious intelligence, thus we will have to leave the control to higher levels of intelligence. As we do not know how these higher levels of intelligence work, and we are so used to be consciously in control, then this release of control will be one of the greatest challenges to our societies.

But even though we do not know how these higher leves of intelligence work, then at least we do know some of the prerequisites, and we are able to prepare our societies for this higher level of government.

First of all we scrap our exponential monetary system, which will remove the growth requirement from our societies, and introduce a logarithmic one, which will allow self-organisation to take place. We scrap superfluous laws (laws controlling people) and adapt the remaining ones to the existing situation. We make certain, that everybody will be kept responsible for their actions, i. e. we restore the feed-back loops which are necessary for self-organization, too. These steps alone will ascertain self-organization, and sooner or later all subsystems as for instance the educational one will self-organize, too.

With a logarithmic monetary system, our dependency upon money decreases. Being (almost) independent of money it will be possible to create alternative schools, where the children are governed by their interests, which in turn is governed by a much higher level of intelligence, and thus create adults who will fit more closely into the world surrounding the school, because that was the world in which they were educated instead of in an enclosure protected from that world, and where they were merely fitted into existing boxes. If you realize how many alternative schools are already in existence despite the legislation, then imagine how many there will be, when they can be created because of to the legislation.

And because it will be a self-organizing process, which will take many shapes to cover many demands, you can rest assured that what you are doing now is the right thing, as long as it has the least tendency of success. The future will be neither conventional schooling, home schooling, folk high schools, community based schooling nor anything else, it will be all of these included a lot of other forms which at present are beyond imagination.

As our governing bodies are unwilling to perform the above mentioned release of conscious control, then the citizens will have to enforce it. They cannot do it by ‘telling their congressman or senator to do it’, because these are the ones who are not only unwilling, but also scared of doing it. And if people ask them to do it, then they simultaneously tell them, that they will do nothing themselves, i. e. they assure them of their power. They will have to challenge their senator to act by threatening his position by going for his office.

“Whether it is known to mankind or not,
then the universe will develop as planned.”
