The book is available for download in several versions according to your preferences. The different versions are packed in ZIP-files. If you should be interested in the paper version, then you are referred to the Info.
The downloaded book only contains the chapters. Thus it does not contain the files "Newsletters", "Workshops and Conferences" and "Community Learning Centers", as these files constantly change and thus aren't up-to-date for any extended period of time. But you shall be welcome to visit our site anytime to read the most up-to-date versions.
As this online book is a dynamic one, each version is divided in more parts due to the combined length of the files. The first part contains the same chapters as the printed book. This version will not change very often. The second part contains the first fifteen of the new chapters. These are not likely to change often either. The third part contains the remaining new chapters. Each version was latest uploaded on the date stated after the version.

If you prefer to read the book in your browser with all its inherent possibilities, such as surfing from one place to another at the click of your mouse, then choose to download the HTML-version. If you download only the book, you will get a broken link to the additional chapters. If you download only the new chapters, then you will miss a picture.
